Apigee org setup role error :subject not available in exchange

Hi All,

I am getting the below error while doing apigee 4.19.06 org set up role creation.I

am using the apigee-provision setup-org.

error at create roles

http status code : 500

{code : "security.SubjectNotAvailableInExcha

OPDK 4.19.0 is out of support.  From the versions page:

Shouldn't you be setting up 4.52 ? 

But I am not an expert in OPDK setup anyway. (I strongly advocate using the cloud versions of Apigee!)
