new EDGE UI login failed

trying to upgrade the apigee from 4.19.01 to 4.19.06. Have installed SSO over LDAP configuration. When i try to login to sso or new edge ui it says invalid email and password.

attached is the apigee-sso-system.log . And I dont see any rows in the users table in apigee_sso Postgres Database. Please help..apigee-sso-system.txt
