getaddrinfo EAI_AGAIN edgemicroservices.apigee.net - Microgateway Kuberenetes setup

Hi All,

I am trying to set up edge microgateway in Kubernetes cluster as per the document.

I am not able to call the helloworld service. I checked the logs of edgemicrogateway and found the following:

2020-05-07T08:51:01.056Z [25] [microgateway-config network] config download from https://edgemicroservices.apigee.net/edgemicro/bootstrap/organization/vipulapigee23-eval/environment... returned Error: getaddrinfo EAI_AGAIN edgemicroservices.apigee.net
    at GetAddrInfoReqWrap.onlookup [as oncomplete] (dns.js:64:26) {
  errno: 'EAI_AGAIN',
  code: 'EAI_AGAIN',
  syscall: 'getaddrinfo',
  hostname: 'edgemicroservices.apigee.net'
}

Earlier I was getting the following permission error:

But when I changed the user for edgemicro pod I started getting this error.

Could someone help me here?

Thanks.

This error appears to be a DNS lookup error, as if your container can't successfully lookup edgemicroservices.apigee.net.

Please check your Kubernetes configuration and ensure that you are pointing at a DNS server that can resolve external IP addresses.
