Trial use 60 days, what happens if I don't buy paid use

I think If you want to have the account for your practice then you can have it longer. I am having my free account for longer than a year. I am using that, but yes the account is for trail purpose, it has no guaranty of your api analytics and some features behavior. I am not sure on one thing, I am not able to recall clearly, there is a particular time interval if you are not using your account then it will be deleted then after.
