Hopefully a simple question - can't seem to find a satisfying answer. We have virtual hosts setup multiple environments on same port with different aliases. Google has reviewed and setup is OK. With this setup, it is possible to have multiple cert configurations under NGINX conf.d directory. Here's the question -- are these configurations loaded when the router is restarted, OR are they loaded dynamically at the time when traffic is first seen for a specific environment?
Initially, we thought the configuration would be pushed from Apigee based on environment definitions but the behavior we see consistent with the dynamic scenario. Just trying to understand the system better. Thanks for any insight you can provide.
