Error in deployment for every proxy

Hi, what ever proxies I'm deploying in my org it's always giving the below error. Please help me to resolve this. Thanks!

Error in deployment for environment test.

The revision is deployed and traffic can flow, but flow may be impaired. Call timed out; either server is down or server is not reachable
