Attach policy to proxy with condition

Is there management api which we can use to attach policy to proxy flow with condition ?

Policy is part of Proxy bundle, it's xml files with defenition, they are part of bundle, like all your flows\conditions is part of bundle. I'm pretty sure there are no such management API, but you can achieve your goal with DevOps or first you can generate bundle and then push it with deploy management API
