Drupal Portal 7.69 PHP upgrade from 7.3.12 to 7.3.14

Hi there team!

We have recently received a security vulnerability notification for PHP from our Client Security Scans. We are currently using Drupal Portal 7.69 and PHP 7.3.12. Recommended PHP upgrade is 7.3.14.

Wondering whether this PHP 7.3.14 is support ? any known issues.

If supported, what all need to be taken care. Roughly how much time this upgrade takes for a stand alone env.
