Hi

How the number of message processors for Apigee Edge Cloud (SaaS) is decided
and will the message processors remain the same throughout or will they be changed/updated dynamically based on the traffic in-flow

The number of message processors in apigee SAAS are decided on the traffic. Autoscaling is already implemented there. If the load increases the message processor horizontal scale-out happens if the load decrease then after a particular time interval the scale in happens.
