default virtual hosts ( test, prod) are not created in trial account. while trying to create proxy, virtual hosts are not displayed in step 4 and could not proceed.
Also when i checked Admin --> Virtual Host --> Environment is showing as undefined.

I could not find default virtual host ( test, prod) in trial account and no environment is created. it is showing as undefined under Admin --> Virtual Hosts.
Due to this, could not choose virtual host and could not complete setting up proxy.
