Message Conversion with Apigee SaaS/Apigee Hybrid

Hi have following queries.

1.Any Integration point or development rework when moving from Apigee SaaS to Apigee Hybrid (any such details) from integration point of view with Drupal Dev Portal and backend etc..

2.Do we have any detailed comparison points/limitations to consider when moving from Apigee SaaS to Apigee Hyrid ?

3.Is Apigee Hybrid/SaaS good for conversion from HL7 or FHIR to SOAP/REST based ? or need to take care in backend ? currently such messages are not converted to SOAP/REST.

4.How does Apige helps over B2B communication using EDI messages, overall after enabling streaming?
