Several Errors about 'Connect Timed Out' When Deploying the edge-developer-training-backend proxy and dependencies for Lab Environments

According to the guideline:

After downloaded setup.zip and unzipped, the 'cd' action is fine and the 'npm install' is also fine with '0 vulnerabilities'. However, when i ran 'node setup', some errors about 'connect timed out' were prompted as below:

May anyone has met this before or anyone has advice on it? Thanks a lot.
