Apigee badge missing

Hi. I have completed apigee Certificate on 27/12/19 but didn't receive the badge yet. Contacted gcp edge through email but they replied already they sent the badge through email. Please provide any email id or support phone number. Thanks

I have also completed the certification for 3 months and it doesn't reflect in community.
