Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin:2.6 operation time out

I am in charge of developping an API for one of our application. In order to do that I decided to follow the APIGEE training course where I am suppose to set up the lab environements.

I am facing an issues, for several hours now, which arrive when I do the "npm start" from the setup directory provided in this course

Anyway, after several research, I found this paper :

I have tried to put in the settings.xml file my credentials of apigee. I have tried everyting that I could do, but I am still stucks at the lab installation of apigee I am confused to ask that, considering it is the beginning of the course and it should be easy?
