I am encountering an issue wherein customer has downgraded and upgraded the plan twice as
Free -->Paid-->Paid Exhausted --->Downgrade to free-->Upgrade to Paid again
Still developer sees quote limit reached since he did it in a day and accepted-rate-plan entity doesn't have the start date with time to pass in revenue report and hence RR gives full quota being consumed under plan he upgraded first time for the day.
