What are the highest limit for Quota or Spike Arrest in an API

Hi @Dino @Dino-at-Google,

I want to understand what are the maximum values of quota and spike arrest for an hour in Apigee cloud.Is it possible to configure quota like 150 per hour.

or how many requests at max can be handled by apigee from performance perspective if quota and spike arrest are disabled.

If spike arrest / quota is not present, I'd imagine your first limiting factor would be your backend.
