Monetization Limits error

Hi,

My Monetization limits check policy is failing with following error

<error> <messages> <message>Exceeded developer limit configuration - </message> <message>Is Developer Suspended - false </message> </messages> </error>

Payment type: PREPAID

I have checked the following:

- I have enough prepaid balance to make calls

- Verify APIKey, AccessEntity(to get Api product) are all working fine.

Below are the variables that are being set in Limits check policy:

monetizationLimits.limitsViolated falsemonetizationLimits.isDeveloperSuspended falseMint.failed true

Can someone please guide me, what else could be missing or is it a Monetize setup issue.

@jaskaran.rm It would be hard to tell if its setup issue without having complete details about your developer, his subscriptions, balance, package/rateplans etc.

From the error its clear that the developer is not suspended which means he/she has enough balance. So I have the following questions for you:

- are there any limits configured for this developer or some generic limits ?

- does the developer have a valid rate-plan ? Please specify details.

- can you post your monetization limits check policy ?
