Developer portal different visibility in chrome and IE

In our APIGEE developer portal, request response and error part are visible in chrome. But it is not visible from IE. Is there any configuration needs to be change? I am unable to figure out what is the issue.

Is this the integrated portal, Drupal7, or Drupal8 based?

This is not an issue I've run into before, sorry. Sounds like a javascript error though, can you check your js console and see if it is reporting any problems?

Hi @Karl Scheirer we have checked JS cosole via IE and we are not seeing any error in js console. But when we are using the IE console and search using Request or Response it is showing undefined but in chrome if we are searching for Response we are getting this result

I'm stumped - have you filed a ticket with Apigee support? They might be able to track down the problem.
