Connectivity from APIGEE PUBLIC CLOUD to Target server

Hi,

Can anyone briefly explain the ways for testing the connectivity of proxy in apigee public cloud to the backend?

our apigee is hosted in AWS, and request should go through aws cloudfront.

Using curl -iv <Target server>: Port we tested the connectivity for proxies in ON PREM.

if Apigee is on cloud and you have target server is in onpremise then you have to open the firewall of backend from internet. Some companies use nginx webproxy to connect to the backend from Apigee cloud.
