How to update custom role with ability to run "Submit Job"

Hi,

I have created a custom role to view a set of custom reports. I am able to let the user get a report for 15 days.

Any report above 15 days needs to "Submit Job". This user is unable to Submit job with the above permissions.

Could someone let me know what the path in the .json to update this role so that I can let the user Submit a job for time period more than 15 days.
