error response finished before work can be done microgateway

I have microgateway on docker in a Centos Machine. In MG, I have two plugins, accumulate request and a custom plugin that take this request and send a post to a service that save this data on database, but, somtime, microgateway log this error: error response finished before work can be done, and don't save the request to service but target server of MG response very well, why happen this???
