why does apigee always make http call instead of https

Hi,

I've defined target server with target hostname and secure port.

I've always observed that Apigee makes http call to the target server instead of https.

is there anything I need to specify to make it HTTPS call.

can you post a screenshot of your configured target server?

Are you on-prem or SaaS? Make sure you check the "SSL" box on the target server. Also, are you certain it is not calling 443 on backend? Check the logs on your target side to confirm. The trace UI might indicate http but it could be calling https. Again, please post the screenshot.
