I am having an issue with a developers account being activated in the Dev Portal. The user has registered and I have personally approved the account and marked the Status as active in Apigee Edge. However 12 hours later the developer is still unable to log in via the Dev Portal and is receiving the error message "The username xxxx has not been activated or is blocked". Is there a step that I am missing or is there always such a delay in the changes to be synced? and if so how can the process be sped up?
