Hello! After enabling Authentication Cassandra Database, while login to Management UI, getting an internal error occurred. Please contact our support team, or try logging in again. Any idea why?
That fact that the error message you see in Management UI is so generic and unhelpful is a good practice from security point of view.
To understand the real cause of the problem you are expected to look at the Management UI and Management Server logs and identify exceptions to troubleshoot the situation.
I presume you followed the process described in this page https://docs.apigee.com/private-cloud/v4.19.01/enable-cassandra-authentication#enablecassandraauthen..., especially step 2:
"For each of the following services, repeat Step 1:
If yes, and there is nothing obvious, please look at the MS system.log file
