Sharing Support portal cases

Hi,

we have initially admin account in APIGEE support portal which was shared among different users . for security reasons we have created new accounts .

Now these new accounts want to see the cases created using admin account.

Is there is any option so that admin account can share the cases with one of the new accounts,

I hate to say it..... but can you open a support case to ask for this?

I am not able to see vendor cases raised in my org by collegues(using diffrent id's).Is there any way to check those cases in apigee.
