Unable to create documentation using validated OAS spec file with API product association

I have a valid OAS 3 spec in Edge to which I associated an API product. When I try to add the API spec to an existing portal nothing displays except the following:

I have other working spec documentation renderings - not sure why the new spec is not working.

Please advise.
