edgemicro different plugins for different proxies

I have 2 proxies one of them requires spike arrest and the the other needs a quota policy. is this possible to achieve in edge-micro? All the tutorials i have been through set the plugins in a global configuration file, which means they will be applicable to all proxies.

As per my understanding, spike arrest will be applicable for whole microgateway, you can not define it for each proxy separately. However regarding quota, you need to enable plugin in your configuration but just that is not enough, You have to define quota value on apigee portal for respective API product, so this can change for each product.
