Alert Monitoring Threshold value is 5 mins to trigger an email to stake holders. We need to trigger mail for 30 secs

for Custom reports we have a requirement for generating the report if we have 5XX or 4XX HTTP status codes . For Threshold Value we have found that it has drop down values as 5 mins, 10 mins and one hour. But we need the Threshold value as 30 sec. within 30 secs if we get 5XX or 4XX status code we need to generate custom report and trigger a email to all the stake holders. Please let us know how to change the threshold value to 30 secs rather than drop down value has 5,10 and one hour respectively. Thanks.
