Proxy creation sceen in Apigee-eval account is not working

Dear Apigee team,

I have created eval account for apigee and proxy cretaion page is not working.Please provide required permissions.

Iam getting below error while validating emailaddress

"Validtaion token not exist "

It is possible there was a transient error. Have you attempted to logout and login again?

If that does not work, please show a screenshot of the error?
