I need SAML integration on public cloud.

I have windows environment. There is a requirement to execute following linux command - Create a symlink ln -s ./private/simplesamlphp/www ./simplesaml from Drupal_Root/

Please suggest how we execute this from git bash in windows environment or there is another alternative to implement SAML through windows environment.
