Is it possible to migate apigee integrated portals between different org?

Use case it to have 2 instance of portal. Test and prod. Both instances belong to different org

There is no automated way to do this work. You would need to copy any assets from one portal to the other as well as copy and paste the markdown, javascript, and css.
