Audience entitlements working for some accounts and not working for others.

We have noticed that when placing accounts in integrated portal under an audience, some of those accounts are able to see the audience entitlements and others cannot. Does anyone know why this happens or a suggestion on how to fix? We have already tried deleting and recreating the account that is unable to see the APIs, but it still does not work. This is also the only account that is affected and not able to see the APIs at the moment.

So you're saying you have a case where an audience member cannot access their entitlements as expected? Are you able to provide us with more information to investigate this (if you're a paid customer, via the support portal, for example)?

Hello thanks for your quick response. We had our Support portal admin send in a case for our issue. Our case number is 1469419 for reference.

Great. Because audiences is still beta, it won't fall under the normal support response SLAs, but we are now tracking this and will investigate (and reach out if we have more questions). Thanks for the report.
