Removed quota policy, but it still applies. Why?

We have a proxy which did have a Quota policy applied to it.

We deleted the policy from the flow. And we have restarted the proxy several times.

We also tried "Save as New Revision" then redeploying.

However, we are still getting the error "Rate limit quota violation. Quota limit".

Any suggestions on how to make the policy go away?

Thanks for your reply.

(facepalm) I did a trace based on your suggestion and saw a quota policy whose name didn't appear in the proxy code. Another policy was calling a shared flow which did have a quota policy. So that was the cause of the quota.

Are you testing against the same environment you've redeployed your proxy to?

Are there any flow hooks?

Have you looked at trace?
