For Apigee API Engineer certification do we have to take the Track 2 training: Install and Manage Apigee Track

IMO it is not required.

The certification is about API Design, Developement, SCRUM, API Best Practices etc., and not about Networking/Installation/managing Apigee instances.

Anyway, if you have basic idea about Apigee internal componenets it would be useful.
