Using microgateway for local unit testing

I want to use microgateway for running unit tests locally on my laptop. I am trying to see if there is a way to have no (or very minimal) dependence on the cloud.

I would prefer the microgateway container to get all api configuration during the test setup phase from the apigee cloud (even better if there is way to init/store/get that info locally).

During the test run, disable microgatway reporting analytics to cloud
