What could be causing this issue

There is no virtual host defined by the name "ieproxy.alibaba.com".

Is this some thing to do with SNI/non-SNI resolution. One thing I know is API Consumer is using some proxy.

Where are you seeing this error? On a client invoking an API proxy? Or an API proxy invoking a backend server?

If the former, is the API proxy hosted in OPDK? Or SaaS based?
