Hi,

Our sysadmin credentials is not working for management call. It is throwing LDAP authentication failed error. This is SSO enabled OPDK 4.18.01. Can anyone help me on this ? More details: this was working earlier. someone had deleted the sysadmin user present in the organization using UI. After that we are facing this issue. Thanks...

If you still have an existing superuser you could recreate the user and then re-add their superuser permissions using the documentation here: https://docs.apigee.com/api-platform/system-administration/adding-global-users#creatingaglobaluserth...

If you don't, restoring from an LDAP backup is all I can think of.

Actually - just to clarify - did they actually delete the sysadmin user, or just remove them from an organization (or organizations)? If it's they just removed them it should be possible just to add them back to relevant organizations.
