I am looking to migrate Apigee Edge from Version 4.18.05.00 to 4.19.01.00. Like to understand if there are any considerations and implications and associated steps with it?

Migration is a seamless process. Use ansible to do, and do one rmp at a time. The process will take max 1hr if all go good. We normally make one 3 hour window for migration and validation. Also we notify of some service impact to be on safer side.
