generate Billing Documents

hello

I want to generate billing based on the month,

So when i select Monetization > Billing document, then I select a month for exemple, April 2019 (Open).

I don't have any thinks about billing documents

I can't also creat billing documents

I did not find any documentation concerning the Billing Documents

Could any one help me please ?

The Billing document generation feature has been retired in October 2018:

Retirement of monetization billing document generation

Apigee no longer supports the generation of billing documents from Apigee Edge Monetization.

The specific tasks that are retired and no longer supported for use with monetization include:
