Analytics not sent from RMP to QPID

Hello,

We have three Management Servers with all the components and two RMP servers that we installed in a different segment that only have RMP components.

Segment 1:

- Srv1: DS,MS,RMP
- Srv2: DS,MS,SAX,RMP
- Srv3: DS, SAX, RMP

Segment 2:

Srv4 – RMP
Srv5 - RMP
The problem that we are having is with Analytics, we don’t see any data on the dashboard for the new environments (Installed on Srv4&5) that are not in the same segment with Postgres and MS servers

We went through all the Analytics debugging and all the checks were successful:

https://docs.apigee.com/api-platform/troubleshoot/analytics/data-not-showing-analytics-dashboards

When we check the QPID queue with the following command:

qpid-stat -q

And make request to a proxy to the environment on which we don’t see analytics, we see that the “bytesIn” and “bytesOut” does not grow.

Also when we do “netstat” we see that RMP does not open a port to Analytics servers.

network ports are open (TCP ports, every protocol)

analytics that on server1,2,3 sent and working (they are in the same servers that qpids \ pg sits).

We first thought that this is a firewall problem with AMQP protocol that MP\R uses to send data to QPID, but we didn't see any activity with tcpdup from RMP servers(4,5)

We are looking on port 5672 (according to Apigee ports) , is this correct, are RMP need to open network call to QPID servers and pass the analytics?

Any ideas how to debug this?

Thanks,
