I see several posts that are over 2 years old with no answers. What is the point of these community forums if questions are never answered?

Have you tried posting something on this forum and someone has not answered for two years?

In my experience, I have been on this community for 4+ years and I have found it very useful. 90% of the times I have seen someone answering in 24 hours time.
