Can I use a different Bootstrap template when using Apigee's integrated Developer portal?

Your overall page structure is pretty much fixed, but you can override all the CSS you need. The contents of a page you create can include HTML, so you can customize that to your heart's content too.

Thanks for the response! I'm assuming that using JS libraries such as prism or highlight to color code sample code on my integrated developer portal isn't possible as well then?

There is a section in the theme where you can add scripts, so you should be able to use those. Look in Portal > Themes > Settings for the Custom script section.
