How to resolve Deployment/VirtualHost Issue?

Hi,

I am unable to deploy onto the staging environment (of our commercial cloud account). Error message seen is: "Error in deployment for environment stage. The revision is deployed, but traffic cannot flow. virtual host does not exist". I have done a "Get" call on the virtual hosts; and the list came up fine showing both "default" and "secure".

Any pointers?

Apigee Support team restarted the router which forced the configuration to get reloaded and it has resolved the issue. Thanks.

Do you see Default and Secure virtual hosts for the 'Staging' environment? There could be an issue. Please raise a ticket - https://pages.apigee.com/request-support-general.html

Hi @sudheendra1, yes I am able to see the 2 virtual hosts for the "stage" environment. And I've raised a support ticket on 8th of July but am yet to receive a resolution. Any other pointers?
