Register Apps with custom attributes

I need to be able to add two fields to the Apps registration form, is it possible to add it in some way to that App Registration form that the developer fills out?

I found that link https://docs-new.apigee.com/api-portal-custom-account-fields but cant find Identity Tab to try it in create account found.
