Is there any on-demand API call Tariff in pricing?

For example when we have team plan and our 15 million calls are finished before month end?

Yes,

if you use more than the number of calls you are entitled to, then the calls will succeed, and you will be billed.

The overage charge is standard, and is listed in the contract you signed.
