Does Apigee Support Apigee Edge Cloud to Apigee Edge OnPrem migration ?

yes, supported. its straightforward using the APIs, customer success/ support can also assist in the migration. Some of our customers have done such migrations - cloud -> on-prem, on-prem -> cloud
