port switching and copy data from one cluster to another cluster

Dear Team,

we have two data centers in production environement Which is running on 4.18 and in each data center we have below toplogy.

RO+MP(A)

RO+MP(B)

CS+ZK(C)

CS+ZK(D)

CS+ZK(E)

MS(F)

QP+PG(G)

DP(H)

DP(I)

DP(J)

In the above A&B are in cluster,C&D&E are in cluster. We would like to install same topology in new servers with 4.19 version and copy the data and config file from existing 4.18 servers. Please suggest me how to procced on this.
