transfer some countries of APIGEE to public API cloud?

we are using apigee on premises private cloud, it possible transfer some countries of APIGEE to public API cloud? if yes! how we can handle it.

What do you mean by "transfer some countries"? Do you mean send traffic from (only) some countries to the cloud?

You'd need a geo-aware load balancer (not supplied by Apigee), and you'd need to manually keep your private could and public cloud instances in sync, which seems difficult and error-prone.

Perhaps a multi-region cloud deployment which includes the region closest to your current on-prem deployment would be a better alternative?
