Changing the /api page in integrated developer portal

Is there any way of editing the /api page of integrated developer portal ? I don't see it to be listed under the "pages" option . I know the url is reserved , but is there any workaround for this ? Also , can I change the API cards and make it in the form of list (i.e list all the api proxies) ?

I would also love to be able to change/override the /api page, but have not found a way to do that yet. To change the output into a list, you can do it with CSS - the page has a top level id="apis" that is specific to the /api page.

I am trying to achieve the same with /apis page, however I am not understanding what is the html content behind the /apis page.

Can you please share how you have applied the CSS to the /apis page in the Advanced Theme Editor?
