What is the best way to migrate the state of the existing developer portal under our Apigee eval org to the paid org during the migration process?

Hi @sarah: atest fact and news: On May 31, 2020, Apigee-sponsored hosting for Drupal-based portals will end

Existing customers can migrate to Drupal 8, or move to Apigee's integrated portal, or remain on Drupal 7 and assume hosting responsibility.

Note: The integrated portal is available as an Apigee-managed solution for Apigee Edge for Public Cloud customers only.

So, if you're public cloud, then you have option 1 and option 2.

for option 1: you need to contact pantheon and purchase elite or elite plus packages cost based.
